scrotoplasty

This procedure is classified as a "Top" procedure.
Scrotoplasty creates the scrotum, or pouch that holds the testicles. Testicular implants are then inserted to fill the scrotum. Some of us opt to fill the scrotum with fat from other areas, or leave the scrotum unfilled. There are a few different methods of creating a scrotum. One method involves inserting implants into the existing labia majora. This version of scrotoplasty increases risk of the implants settling too far back, creating discomfort with sitting or bike riding. Another, more complex method, involves cutting and rotating the labia to create a higher, more forward scrotum. Scrotums produced in this procedure range from very small to medium in size, depending on the procedure and the amount of tissue before surgery.
